Email hello@zendune.app with your name, account email, practice-space name, and a short description of the issue.

Student access issues

If you cannot see your practice space or assigned packs, ask your instructor or owner to confirm your active membership and assigned learning path.

Owner workspace issues

Owners can use the owner workspace to manage packs, announcements, closures, and hours. If something does not match the student view, contact support with the practice-space name and affected student email.

Account deletion

Students can request account deletion inside the iOS app from Account, Privacy & Account, Request account deletion. You can also follow the public account deletion instructions.

  • Open the iOS app and sign in.
  • Go to Account.
  • Open Privacy & Account.
  • Tap Request account deletion and confirm.
