Account deletion
Zen Dune supports account deletion requests from inside the iOS app. Requests are reviewed by support before account data is removed.

Use the in-app flow when possible. It attaches the request to your signed-in account so support can review it accurately.
Zen Dune records a pending deletion request and support reviews it. The app request does not immediately delete, anonymize, or cascade account data. This protects students, instructors, and practice-space records from accidental removal.
Email hello@zendune.app from the email address connected to your account. Include your name, practice-space name, and “Account deletion request” in the subject line.
Support reviews account identity, active memberships, learning progress, quiz attempts, training practice records, and support context before completing removal according to the current operational process.
