Zen Dune collects the information needed to provide account access, practice-space membership, learning progress, training history, quizzes, and support. This can include your name, email address, practice-space membership, assigned Skill Packs, completion state, quiz attempts, and training practice records.

We use this information to sign you in, show the correct practice space, display assigned learning material, save progress, support account requests, and help owners manage student-facing operations. We do not build marketplace, payment, advertising, or social messaging features in the current product.

Your access is tied to your practice-space membership. Instructors or owners may see information needed to manage learning access and operations. We do not sell student information.

You can request account deletion from the iOS app or from the account deletion instructions page. Deletion requests are reviewed by support before account data is removed so membership, safety, and record-retention needs can be handled carefully.
